It was well-maintained, spotless and with comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was marvellous and efficient, very close to everything.
The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

Our comfortable modern and newly remodelled room was complete with A/C, comfortable beds, as for instance. It had a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge. The location in a very very nice area was convenient and perfect and there were convenience stores and shops nearby.

Cheap old room, no water in the bathroom for a shower! Noisy thin walls, not too clean, too close to highway,

Very close to all the coastal beaches which is why went down to Eastham. Also, lots of wonderful restaurants nearby.
I am not fond of motels, however, this little one was clean and had everything that we needed to accomodate us.

Very close to the bike path. We like to stay in Eastham near Nauset, so this was perfect. Lovely room, very comfortable.
We did not dislike anything. Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Service stood out with a friendly staff, particularly the helpful manager who went out of her way to provide beach essentials like chairs and a cooler. The hotel was clean and well maintained, offering hot water readily. The location was a bit far from the bike trail than expected, and no equipment was available to borrow. Although there were some dining options nearby, more variety could enhance the experience.

The price was right and it had easy access to the National Sea Shore, which is what we wanted. The front desk was nice and attentive, but the place needed an overhaul. The cleaning staff did a nice job with what they had to work with.
I had gotten a very different perspective from the website. It was very rundown and dark. The bathroom was clean, but it needed to be scrubbed down hard with bleach and the drain in both the tub and sink were clogged. This had been a complaint of the previous tenant in the room based on the comment card that had been left behind. Needless to say, the problem had not been fixed. Air conditioner worked but dripped excessively. We needed to put our ice bucket underneath to catch the water to avoid getting water everywhere.

Clean room with a cozy bed. Children's playground was a nice touch. Needs more power outlets. Walls are thin.

The room needs some update as it was being updated while we stayed there. That's a good thing. That means the new owner is moving into the right direction. Backyard is wooded that's pretty nice. Give you a feeling of vacation mode. The pool is nice. A wet bar would be nice.
There is no hair dryer in the room which is unthinkable nowadays. The frige is too small. Front desk usually is not staffed. That's a drag. The breakfast buffet seems owned by the hotel but there is no discount offered. I wonder why all other motel are no vacancy while this one is vacant. Maybe some privacy should be fenced in by tree. Some activity like camp fire would be great.

The dining options nearby were a real treat! The cozy breakfast spot on the premises served up some good bites, and the fantastic restaurant across the parking lot was a stone's throw away for dinner. Plus, the location was a gem, close to Cape Cod National Seashore with a mellow vibe and friendly staff! Cozy room with comfy bedding.
But the dark, dreary rooms were a letdown. You can hear neighbors using the washroom, and there aren't enough outlets to power all your gadgets at once. Doors were noisy too. This place could really use some TLC.
